EU judges say Hungary's so-called "anti-LGBTQ law" breaks EU law.

The 2021 law prohibits minors’ access to content depicting homosexuality or gender change, under the government’s child-protection rationale.

The judges went further and said it also breaks the bloc's core values.

Now, since Orbán is leaving office, PM-elect Magyar's incoming government has to decide whether to scrap it.
